Investigation of new type of semiconductors.
Atomic Force Microscopy of different surfaces with FemtoScan, Nanoscope III and Asylum.
Force spectroscopy on Nanoscope III with PicoForce and Asylum.
Scanning Tunneling Microscopy of gold, silver, graphite and platinum-palladium surfaces, polyaniline.
Photon Counter Unit. With this device I made instrument for combined studies of the surface topography and the intensity of light emission. Also I made some tested experiments.
Nd-YAG, Krypton, He-Ne Lasers. With these lasers I created surface relief on polymers film, which included dyes.
