Averaging

The averaging is fulfilled by the Command Average. The averaging is performed by standard matrix 3$\times $3 and 5$\times $5. The averaging by 3$\times $3 matrix is available through the button \includegraphics[height=10pt]{buttons/maverage}on the Tool Bar.
