If you have obtained the two images of the same surface region
while the low scan directions were into two different directions
(along X axis and along Y axis), then it is possible to check the
coincidence of the images using the mirror reflection of one of
them. The Command Flip (Button

) fulfills the mirror reflection of the image along
X=Y axis.
