Actions with obtained files

If you select SPM/ Client options... menu command then a window showed on pic. 2.15 will appear. In 3 bottom fields of this window you can change the information that was entered during connection. What kind of information it is is described in 2.2.1 section.

AFM mode deflection parameter, that can have nm or nN values define units of measure for Deflection signal (AFM scanning mode). If Autosave new files item is marked with a tick then new files will be saved automatically in the directory that was indicated in Save to field.

Realtime planefit and Realtime autoscaling parameters responsible for the way data would be represented in scanning windows. These parameters doesn't influence on the data. Realtime planefit calculate average slope for every scan line and subtract it from this line. Realtime autoscaling adjust colour scale for every line separately. Due to this data in every line become "stretched" on the whole colour range. Both these parameters make small features that are on the image more visible.

Duplicate on Rescan, Duplicate on Zoom and Duplicate on Offset parameters enabling modes when the repeated scanning, changing in scanning window size or scanning window displacement causes the data that was obtained already to be opened in new window. If user marks Scan windows on top item, newly created windows does not cover the windows that show scanning process.
